The Chechen PEN Centre in Exile will organise an evening of Chinese poetry, reports on the situation of human rights in China to express solidarity with the poet and journalist Shi Tao, condemned to ten years in prison.

  • The Chechen Pen Centre in Exile is based in Trondheim, Norway since 2005 because of mass infringements of human rights in Chechnya. The war in Chechnya still proceeds, but the world mass-media prefer to ignore it.
