Jamyang KyiOn April 1, Jamyang Kyi, a very well known Tibetan singer, television producer,  reporter, writer and feminist activist, was reportedly taken from her office at state-run Qinghai Television in Xining, Qinghai by plainclothes police officers.  Her husband Laomao Jia has not seen her since April 7.
