The Poem

A sexta lua

Shi Tao

Toda a minha vida
Não irá nunca além da sexta lua
Junho, quando morreu meu coração,
Quando morreu minha poesia,
Quando meu amor
Morreu na poça de sangue do desejo,
Junho, o sol mordente greta a minha pele
Revelando a natureza funda da minha ferida
Junho, o peixe foge do mar vermelho-sangue
Para hibernar noutro lugar
Junho, transfigura-se a terra, silenciam os rios,
Montanhas de cartas sem entrega
Aos mortos
